Chemistry of the winemaking process, sensory analysis, and flaw recognition are integral in understanding wine. Chemeketa Winemaking Instructor Jessica Sandrock will join me, Brooks sommelier and Director of Education, Jess, to present this class where we will break down wine into its different components—exposing each element of structure and flavor— and of course, drink examples of wine made in different styles.
