A Taste of Oregon Dinner at Brooks Wines
Join us for an evening featuring a four-course dinner created by Victor Panichkul that highlights Brooks wines. Each course has been especially selected to pair with one of Brooks wines (see menu below).
Victor Panichkul is a longtime food and wine journalist, recipe developer and chef. He’s currently the wine, food and beer columnist for the Statesman Journal. His food blog was recognized as one of the country’s top regional cuisine blogs by Saveur Magazine.

Dungeness Crab Cakes with Thai Red Curry and Kaffir Lime Leaves topped with a Garlic Sriracha Aioli and served on a bed of greens tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette and Crater Lake blue cheese, paired with 2013 Brooks Bois Jolis Riesling
Pork and Hominy Pozole with Tomatillo and Roasted Peppers stewed in Santiam Brewing Mamba, paired with 2014 Brooks Willamette Valley Pinot Noir Rose
Roasted Rockfish with Fermented Soybean, Shiitake, Ginger and Mirin Sauce served with roasted asparagus and Forbidden Rice, paired with 2012 Brooks Ara Riesling
Cherry Clafouti with Galangal Whipped Cream paired with 2012 Brooks Tethys Riesling.
